DSTV Horrible Services!!!!

Very unpleasant services. Opened an account and everything was well few weeks later my services was suspended. I thought it was due payment but my account reflected R0. 00. I then called the Call Centre and my services were on. A week later the services where suspended, I had to to make more call. I was advised to send POP I sent it and service was up and running again.... 5 days later my services were suspended again I still had to make more calls as I was advised that the agents can't make outbound calls. Everytime I call I speak to a different agent who is telling me the same thing yet the problem is not fixed!!!
