Dstv horrible headache

Horrible, Headache, incompetence, I paid for my dstv but all I’m getting is headache been sent to pillar to post my dstv it’s still not connected I paid R580.92 using *120*68584# till now my account not activated when I called was told to send a proof of payment and I did But still nothing. Mind you I have been calling using my airtime was R60 gone still no assistance.
