DStv Home Internet is a ****.!

My name is Gift,have installed DStv home internet in December 2024. From the first day installed I encountered connection problems,being calling the call centre every month about it,even went to the nearest MultiChoice to test the router but was told it was fine. August 2025 decided to cancel the WiFi and I'm being told that I need to pay R1300 for the router before the subscription can be cancelled.😞😞😞 No matter how many times I explained that this router is not rendering the services that it suppose too but NO the only important thing is the R1300 for the router before they cancel the accoun***** only now I am being told that the connection in my area is poor 😞😞😞DStv is ****ming their customers period,they make revenue in a doggy way.
