DStv HAVE HIDDEN AGENDAS

I have taken out a DStv internet package. NOBODY told me that an activation fee of R213.43 had to be paid to activate. I asked the guy 3 times if the R499pm was the amount that I had to pay and he said yes. Today they send me msgs sayimg I have to pay fee to activate the internet. WHY was I not told about this fee when they phoned otherwise I never would have bothered. Bunch of ******. They can never be straight forward, must always come with their hidden agendas. I will be charged pro rata from the day activation takes place, as if you as a customer is suppose to know this.
