DStv has utter contempt for its vlients

I am on Access Account with DStv for which I pay R150 monghly. This morning I get a message my account has been disconnected and I need to pay over R300 to get reconnected. I paid my current month's subscription on the 24th April, ahead as usual, but DStv takes me for granted. They cut off service without prior warning. I find this unacceptable.
