DStv has poor service

DSTv service is really poor. I have requested for change of ownership, and that took forever and they kept on requesting the same documents.

After paying a certain amount they said I was owing, I discovered that they owe me a refund, only found out when I was doing a follow-up on change of ownership, before then, nobody cared to call and inform me about my refund.

It is about a month now, I have been following up with them about twice or so every week and whenever I call, I speak to someone different and there's always something that needs to be done. They always asked for the same documents I have sent each time I speak to someone different. Very, very poor. Can't recommend this company to anyone in the world.
