DSTV has not allocated a payment EFT dated 30 April 2017. Channels used email (proofofpayment, unallocatedescal, centralfinanceescal), call centre, social media dstv depressed/impressed platform. All channels repeat the same drill i.e. request the proof of payment and all escalate and all channels yield no result. This non allocation results in weekly disconnection and inconvenience because DSTV allows people to not do their job.
