Dstv has non existent service

I pay for a service and do not even receive what I am paying for. My box office states that it is not available in my region and there are no content on my catch up. Literally everything I want to watch I have to download using my personal data. Every time I phone or send a query they say I must phone again in 30min or take my 2 decoders in. This has happened before and previously dstv sorted it out from their side. Now I have had this issue for 2 weeks and dstv is just not helping or providing the service at all.
