DSTV has no customer service or management skills and has pathetic programming!!!
DSTV is useless, we have to be subjected to repeats of the same show 5 times a day, but when it comes to original programming, they can't afford it. We used to have 4 episodes of Eastenders a week, now they have cut to 2 episodes a week. I ask the manager in the call centre why and they put the phone down on me. No wonder everyone is cancelling their subscriptions, we are soon to follow!!!!!
