Dstv has no control over their accounts department. Pathetic. NEVER USE DSTV AS A PROVIDER!!!

Dstv have absolutely NO control of their accounts department! They fail to provide me with statements after I have paid them R8000,00 since January 2018??? Apparently I owe them R15 000,00? One constant just said to me that I owe R1500,00. The sms I received says I owe them R680,00, the Hallopeter consultant Edward claims I only owe them R114,00??? What do I do now? I have to call them 3 times a week because I have a E16-4(Suspended services)???

And nothing has happened as of yet. This is unacceptable! DSTV IS N O T A RECCOMMENDED SERVICE PROVIDER!!!! Services remain suspended and still they have the aodacity to charge me for the services. Suddenly my account is in “arrears” with R6000,00?????? One would think that everyone receives the same training but yet again every agent I speak to has a different story. Please contact me if anyone wants to ask my opinion on dstv.
