DSTV HAS ****** ME AGAIN

Dstv has ****** me yet again,they want me to pay R1076.00 this month ,WHAT EXACTLY?my subscription per month is R674 ,it happened that last month I short paid by R44,now they say my amount to pay is R1076? They've also included internet subscription,WHICH I DONT HAVE!! They're agents are so *********** that I reported this matter last week and they said the matter will be sorted in 48hrs,today is the 7th(onto date),the matter is still kot resolved.the next thing they will do is charge me for reconnection because I'm not going to pay for nonsense.
