DSTV has decided to be useless again
Its the begining of the month and DSTV has decided to be useless again , I have called DSTV and the sinethemba has advised that the fiber department is closing meaning i have no connection and she can not help me because she does not work in that department with dstv knowning that their fiber is forever useless hoever they dont have been to assist i work from home and now i can not connect to work wow

03 Nov 2023, 09:04Its day 2 the only response provided is the above Auto response adding insult to injury and still no call , and my problem persist , this would not be as painful if this was a free service lol lack of service but i pay for it and it would be nice if DSTV cared enough about their customers

03 Nov 2023, 11:33It is now 11:31 and the has not been any assitance from dstv or a call to assist me with my problem is so sad that the quliaty if dstv's service is so bad and they just dont care about their customers as long as they get their monthly premiums to keep the lights on
