dstv has been robbing me my money

hellopeter I have a problem with my dstv account. I have upgraded my dstv internet from 100g to 400g since then they have not allocated my data but the premium its high i have been calling without any help it has been 4 months now dstv has been robbing me my money for months and not willing to fix their problem
