Dstv happily takes money but provides no service

I paid for the streaming service, and after almost two hours on the phone, 4 phone calls, a supervisor promise to call back (never happened), another promise to call back (still waiting), my money is gone, I have no access to the service, and Dstv has left me in the lurch with failed promises and still no closer to a solution!
