Dstv handed me over when I cancelled my account

I have cancelled my dstv in July 2021 on the dstv app and switched off my dstv decoder the end of July. Now Dstv want to charge me a surge charge of R142.75 and even handed me over for it as per below: TCR are authorized by Multichoice to collect the outstanding balance on your DStv account. I am not sure what Dstv gets out of ripping their customers off. You could se the decoder has been switched off from the end of July but yet they still charging me.

I complained about this on the DSTV multichoice account in October and since then no one has even bothered to contact me. They just handed me over.

I need answers urgently.
