Dstv hacker

Dstv I have reported a hacker that has accessed my dstv stream. I have changed my paswoord many times. But the hacker comes back. Dstv customer care has told me to “ you need to remove that device from your side” i keep on deleting when i see it on my stream devices. With no sucsess. I think this is redeculas . The IT department in dstv needs to help paying customers. It has been 1 month since my last post now help. !!!!!!!
