DSTV going down the tubes

DSTV channel 166, Zee World broadcast movies without the original soundtracks. Only the poorly dubbed soundtracks are available. DSTV response as to why the original soundtracks are not available is as follows " The content is received packaged like that from the channel. We have no intervention on dubbed voice overs." I would have expected that they would at least enquire why the original soundtracks are not available than to just accept that it is packaged like that.
