Dstv giving there clients the run arround on new boxes

I purchased a multichoise dstv promotion package for R499 decoder plus dish and instalation from OK Furniture Steeledale

From were i got this decoder every single day i have to reboot it and refresh to see what content will be available on the channels programming possible shows that are on is nearly impossible... i never know whats on these channels

Your Facebook administrator tells me unplug and take off the LB and restart after a few hours FYI how many times do i need to do this?! I already informed you that i have.

Then you want to come give me the run around go here go there go to this multichoise agent and have the decoder tested to see if its working.... remind me i have to take a brand new decoder to have it tested Firstly i use bolt or uber to do my business so i have to pay extra for transportation were u have deemed selling as new working

I want this resolved or my money back
