DSTV give incorrect information

Over charge people for no reason. I was offered two explorers at the compact price of R385.00 then insurance is R20 which I am going to stop. And afterwards I was told for the extra view and pvr for two decoders which will be R90 for both. The total will be R514.00. Then an sms was sent saying that I have to pay R188.04 on the pro rata for the pvr and extra view for the two decoder. How does it work out when the pro rata was installed on the 16 March and for 15 days I have to pay more than R90.00. Now I phone and I was told my account would be R515.00 last night...today they say it is R887.00. FOR WHAT. YOU RIPPING PEOPLE OFF! WHY LIE??? HOW PATHETIC?
