DSTV gifts a joke

DSTV anniversary gift is misleading. On my DSTV app I do qualify for my anniversary gift valid for 5 months. When you want to claim to gift an error pops up: Unsuccessful - Something went wrong, please try again later. I called DST and received escalation ref #INC-***. I did a follow up call on 2025/10/22 and are still waiting for DSTV to resolve this. DSTV need to provide my gift that was allocated to me ASAP
