DSTV gift us false dreams

On the 7th of April 2023 I won a hotel stay voucher from DSTV rewards that stipulated that the voucher is valid for 12 months. I tried to redeem the voucher however it was giving me errors I called DSTV and I was told to call Protea Hotel and that when they picked up that the voucher had an error. The voucher had 0 at the end instead of O. When I was now redeeming my voucher that's when I learned that the voucher had expired. I reached our to DSTV rewards after few emails I was then told that the voucher is Valid only for 6 months. I sent them the voucher email that I received stating that the voucher is valid for 12 months. After sending them that email I never heard anything from them.
