Dstv ghost price lock department are ******s

2 months down the line still no decoder and today I called in they said I my application was canceled without calling me or even sms notification. Dstv doesn't treat customers well they ask the ghost department that is unreachable yet when you call they say they know up until thus far the rest only price lock department can answer 🤔. How can price lock department not be contactable. Am going to sue for bridge of promise...they said too many things but don't deliver. They keep on debiting my account for something I don't have.
