Dstv Gezina

I was just now at dstv gezina , Pretoria. Yesterday i was there to swap my decoder because my decoder is broken. Then they are offline. Today i was there and they told me they can't swap now because they are counting stock come in and hour then they can help me. 3 hours later i came to swap and they told me they are still counting stock and i must come after 2 hour. They are very rude to consumers and to me. There is no service ?
