dstv get payment = poor consumer services

I took out a dpp contract the end of jan 2015, I received my decoder in feb and proceeded to activate my dpp subscription and cancel exsisting subscription. I was however not informed that I would need some other connection in order for it to work(stay in a complex, using communal dish). I canceled the subscription the same day and reactivated my previous sub. My problem with dstv and dpp is that I tried changing and downgrading from the R799deal to R99 deal in order to pay for decoder, I have since activated R799 deal but getting charged more than double my subscription paymen. dstv is unable to help me with this billing issue and continues to escalate problem but they keep debiting my acc for over R2000 for the past few months. Its been 3months and my issue still can't get sorted out. I was told my D.O will b cancelled till its sorted out but only to find out that was a lie. How long do I have to wait to before this issue finally gets sorted out? Will my bank charges get paid back cause of your ridiculous debit? I have been more than patient and nice but patience is starting to wear thin. The worst service ever unfortunately I have the dstv for my kids or I would cancel.
