DSTV get new Installers. STOP using Elsat.

<p>Saturday a called the Elsat call centre to arrange an installation. The Lady that answered the call did not know what she was doing. She did not take down my Voucher number, Smart card Id nothing on my cell number. She then put me through to an installer we then arranged installation for Sunday morning 09:00. At 08:30 the installer called and notified me that i have car problems and could only make it after 12:00. No installer pitched. The Monday I called to find out what is going on as the installer never arrived. Just to be told by another call centre lady that the person never took all the details that was required and she does not know the Installers name that I was referred to. BIG SAFETY CONCERN!!! She than took the number of this installer and know answer from the so called Installer. Was my life in danger??? Would never know up until a customer is found dead in their house. Who was this Call centre lady? Maybe a ********* /imposter.</p> <p> </p> <p>I could not be assisted today because i do not have all the details with me, only because this was never asked in the first place.</p> <p> </p> <p>How do you trust them to send an actual installer?</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards</p> <p>Z</p> <p> </p>
