Dstv funeral cover they **** people they don’t want to refund me.They don’t take clients serious I joined funeral policy with Dstv since from last year 01-March-2021 and my father was covered and when I phone them on February 2022 they tell me that the policy that i choose doesn’t cover external family and i was paying from last year till February and they don’t not bother to call me. And our arrangement is to refund me instead of paying back my money they put it in dstv account and i want it in my bank account and then time i join funeral policy they told me they don’t do debit i need to pay in cash and i was paying in cash at checkers hyper store sometimes pick nd pay so now they demand slip on which i don’t have the only proof that i have is one slip and bank statements on which i provided them with my id copy that is certified by police station now to refund me is a problem and they’re failed me i didn’t surrend my policy they failed me
