I took DSTV funeral cover , they opened an extra cover witch

Wich on that cover there no ID or detail who is coved , I have been paying for 3 years , from line call takers , have been escalating my issues, to their supervisors , no action has been taken surely I need to take them to court for *****e, ppl need to double check if they are not being ****med as well
