DSTV Funeral claim delay

Dear Dstv Funeral policy your agents are not assisting us. I lodged a claim for my wife last Wednesday, and they said it takes 48 hours for the claim to be processed. It is a week later, and there is no sense of urgency from your side(DSTV). I call daily, and still there is no help.
