DStv funds not allocated

Made a payment with an incorrect reference , the DSTV team can see the payment but refuse to allocate to my fathers account. They confirm that these funds are not allocated to any account. A month later and still not sorted after numerous follow up. Guess my fathers journey with DStv has come to an end. No paying another cent to this company again. ***
