DSTV frustrates loyal customers and has rude employees

Every month payment is made and services disconnected after more money is demanded. Today I received SMS that service is disconnected and I contacted the chat via WhatsApp, unfortunately the agent rudely just ended chat stating that she sent me email not even to the address that I had confirmed with her.
