DStv from hell
I just had the baddest experience with DStv ever since last month they have been disconnecting my service every third day telling about the money that I reversed mind you I pay by eft.I would call them and hold for an hour with my own airtime,the whole organisation is pathetic no one knows what they doing .I am sick and tired of them since now I am still having the same problem.They are pathetic

On behalf of Multichoice, I would like to extend my sincerest apologies for the negative experience that you've had and for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Kindly note, our record shows, that your account was previously on a debit order, so the odd cash payment in between would not covert your method of payment to cash. It is for this reason that the system has constantly tried to recover what is owed.
There were a number of consecutive unpaid debit orders since August 2019 and in this time only 3 cash payments were made. One, on the 17th of September in the amount of R765.83, the other one on the 1st of November in the amount of R 637.35 and the last one on the 3rd of December in the amount of R499. If there are other payments you've made that should also be reflecting, please forward your proof of payment to *** so that it can be allocated to your account. The reason why the system kept disconnecting you is that the amounts you've paid in were insufficient. The debit order attempt of R232.20 on the 1st was meant to rectify this however this came back unpaid too.
