DSTV Free Upgrade Rewards ****
After winning a free upgrade for 3 months, I was chqrged for those upgrades. Instead of paying R665, I was charged 1400+. Calles them 3 times with no solution. They've put me on hold for 25 minutes. When I finally get through, I was told the matter has been escalated and should receive a call soon or balance will change. None of that happened. I'm mad at Multichoice, they are total ****s. Free upgrade is not free, you'll be charged!
