DSTV FREE UPGRADE - NOW I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT

Multichoice offered me a free upgrade on their anniversary upgrade promotion from access to family. I claimed this upgrade and when I was already on the family package I then called in to upgrade from family to compact. To my surprised I am being charged from access to compact, and the free upgrade was reversed.

I spoke to the manager Anda Dastlie who completely disregarded my issue and insisted I pay this amount. I am not happy at all with their services and I require my refund.
