DSTV - FREE JOOX and SHOWMAX subscriptions a ****, they actually bill you for it!

I have a premium subscription with Multichoice and 2 Xtraview decoders. I also activated Joox and Showmax for FREE since I have a premium subscription. I requested Multichoice to cut the one decoder and only leave the one xtra view. Initially this request was sent to their twitter team and they went back and forth to delay processing this request.

I then spoke to Valencia at their call centre on call ***/430 regarding breaking the link and to enquire why am I paying R1300 for a dstv subscription that is supposed to cost me R809 + R85 for Xtraview. She confirmed that I have been billed for Showmax and Joox for the past few months. She then agreed that I needed to be credited with this amount and will get their management team to contact me within 48 hours with feedback. This was in October.

I have been trying to follow up for the past two weeks but I am getting an sms saying that I need to pay. No one is saying anything about my credit. I don't even want to mention their twitter team, you tell them one thing and they ask you stupid questions. All attempts to get my credit back are failing because they have no respect for the customer. I keep on being told that I will get a call back to date nothing has come through.
