Dstv free family offer when my subscription is paid

Hello Peter.

Dstv sent me both and email and sms where they stated that if I pay my DStv access by the 31st of December I would receive dstv family for a month on them. I payed on the 30th but This did not happen I then followed up with their agents on face which told me this offer would be active on the 14th of January today I followed up again and now the agent it's telling me that there's nothing on their side. I have both sms and email proving that..I don't understand what is wrong with this company offering hoax promotions and when they have to deliver they don't want to.
