I paid R 475. 16 on the 16 January 2023 for my DSTV easy view and dstv compact. Yesterday 23 January I paid R284 upgrading on my DSTV easy view to Compact. Today my TV is not working apparently I owe R876. When I call DSTV THEY SAY I HAVE 4 INSURANCES I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT. When I ask them what are they for they do not know. My question when did I join these Insurances was it after I do the upgrade yersterday because the amount I owe now should have appeared yesterday before paying for the upgrade.
