Dstv **********ly *****ing from pensioners

have been **********ly increasingly our premium. When contacted no is aware and we promised refunds, investigations and this will never happen again.

Its been 3 months of the same thing. Not one refund, not one call back from the multiple manager request or any interest.

It is perhaps the most puzzling thing to hear I dont know from a employee and I've heard this multiple times. Add on that don't have never been requested and no one can explain how they were requested
