DSTV **********ly debited my account for services that I never subscribed to

Hi, I am very disappointed with Dstv. two weeks ago you switched off my Dstv and you said I did not pay for this month (April) while your services said I am not owing you guys, the statement said minus -R598 of which its the amount I always paid for a year and some months and never paid late either.

and I always pay on the 7th of every month for more than 3 years, and on the 20th April 2020 I woke up my DStv account was R702 and I paid it( I need to know how did it get to that amount? while your system on the App and on my back account cell phone banking was minus -R598. now tonight 29 April 2020 I logged in to check because I had a feeling that you will rob me once again. Now my account says I am owing you guys R 1074.83 HOW COME, IT IS HARDLY TWO WEEKS?

I need some explanation and I need this to be fixed and do not even try to switch it off, if this is not resolved by tomorrow I am taking this matter on Tweeter!
