DSTV **********LY AND *******LY DEDUCTED MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT AND I AM NOT EVEN A CUSTOMER! *******!!!!!

I am no longer a DSTV customer, I cancelled my subscription over 2 years ago. I was shocked to discover that on the 04/07/2020 DSTV ******* deducted the amount of R399.00 from my account. I called the call center on 06/07/2020 and spoke to Stephen Senamolele, he assured that my money would be refunded in 48 hrs, he even provided me with an email to confirm this. On 08/07/2020 The refund had not taken place. I contacted your Facebook messenger customer service and was told my funds would be refunded on Friday the 10/07/2020 or alternatively Monday 13/07/2020. To date DSTV has not refunded the money that they **********ly ****** from my account. I have sent a query again this is the response I received "Hi Hermalini, we cant access the account to check We are carrying out planned system maintenance and we can only assist with technical queries and general inquiries. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. ~KM" DSTV are *******, *****ing from people who are not even customers. I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED!!!!!!!!

Your generic response is pathetic. I want my refund TODAY!!! You can' ***** from me and expect me to wait for MY MONEY!!!! You staff could not even explain your reason for this theft!!!!!

I am NOT a customer/ subscriber of DSTV, I am NOT subject to your terms and conditions. Your process is not my concern!

You , DSTV, *******ly and **********l stole money from my personal bank account. That is Theft!!!!!! Up till now DSTV has not supp**** me as to why they *******ly deducted money from my account. If my money is not returned to my account by close of Business, tomorrow, 14/07/2020. I will be open a ***** charge against your organization for the accessing and deduction of my account.
