Dstv ********** transactions

Dstv consultant loaded a debit and 24 months contract without my knowledge...I was told that my account is arrears as a result. Last month one team leader said everything was fixed n it will never happen but to my surprise I got an sms that I owe R586.I spent more than hour with 3 consultants today without getting any help. One of them even told me to go Randburg if I want this resolved. Imagine losing money on the phone and petrol to show that they do care about their customers
