Dstv ********** account they said so to my account

Listen here very carefully, that's I like this plat form because they can expose the useless company like dstv multichoice,

I was here to complain about dstv that they said i owe money but my dstv wasn't on watching was blocked and even though they said I owe money, after I complained to Hellopeter they decided blocked my account forever to be unable to be found, so they put a ********** account status on my account, so I needed to understand why so on Tuesday 31, 2023 I walked to walking center in Randburg multichoice dstv to understand why they said my account requires R1200, which means I made payment even though I don't understand what was for, so they said i must check on weekend if it is working, so on Wednesday it was still not working, I phoned the call center to find out, they said to me i must pay again R180, IN other to be reconnect wich means I **** a payment of R180 again, still it was not viewing was no channels, when I call them they said my dstv is blocked nothing they can do again, that's was disgusting after big payment they said its blocked by the financial department, when I sent a emails to this things who are working on financial departments they not responding, this company has anoid me than ever I anoid, I paid big monies for my account this nonsense still, ignoring me they put their Asses on the chairs and ignoring my problems, this dstv has suffered me for 3 months and before they said the are checking the matters on my account, now they required money which means I didn't but the was no solution for them
