Pathetic service at Dstv, did an online payment on my husband's account last week and our service wsnt connected. I called in and sent proof of payment, got a response from Malefakong Matsitela that payment habeen recieved. Over the weekend they cut our services again and say we still owing I resend the proof of payment get a response again now from Basetsana Melk saying payment has been recieved, I call in and the say it will be connected in a few minutes and 2today after hours Im still trying to get hold of them. Im disgusted by the level of service they provide I do not get why I should remain not connected when Iv paid for this month and next month (Dec). Its like they suddenly dont know what they have to do or how to do it now I have to spend my airtime trynna constantly call their even more stressing lines.
