I upgraded to Compact plus on a special price. But dstv decided to bill me for the normal price and cut off their services in the middle of the month forcing me to pay them an imaginary R125.00. I paid and the next month they still charged more. My subscription is R629.00 but their invoice ranges from R759 to R830 when i call and ask they cannot explain. I continued to pay R620 and not paying the extra fees that i don't know about. Yesterday the cut off the services citing that i owe R241 and must pay that to be reconnected. How do i pay so much for the compact plus. I already paid for the month. Please help A

15 Jun 2020, 13:18That is not true. Yes the issue started with me upgrading. You guys charged me for a full service from the first month of the special. I still have convesations i have where i asked why i was charged extra. You guys disconnected on the first month of the special right during the month without any notification, i was told i need to pay R 131 which i went and paid. Even after that i kept getting invoices of R 700 plus and you cant explain those extra charges. I only short paid by only 90 rands according to my calculations. Anything other than that i do not have. Its a pandemic for christ sake where do you think all that money is gonna come from? 241 out of the blue on top of all the nonsense and repeats that you guys play. I will pay R 100 thats all i have
