Dstv *****

My DSTV was **********ly removed from my name through change of ownership on Friday at 12pm and now belongs to someone in Sandton however the smart card and decoder (which serial numbers now belong to someone else) are sitting with me in East london (???). I was promised it 2ould be sorted out today and absolutely nothing has been done about it and I am still sitting without dstv. All I get from the the call center is "I understand you dilemma" but still nothing gets done about it. Quick to switch it off (*******ly) but can't seem to be able to switch it back on.
