My subscription was upgraded without my permission and a debit order was deducted from my our account .this us ***** according to me,how can they upgrade without my knowledge.i reversed the debit order and paid only the amount due for the subscription I had originally taken out.and now my services have been stopped.totally unacceptable service.i called in to complain ,and all the agent could sat he is sorry but the matter is not resolved.
