DSTV reconnected my account without my knowledge after I cancelled the service over a year ago. With the reconnection they proceeded to debit my bank account with a subscription. Pathetic. All I can say it looks like a desperate attempt to get customers back, never mind it tantamount to *****. How many other account have been reactivated without people’s knowledge.
