DSTV forcing me to stay on DSTV Premium.

I am paying showmax, Netflix and DSTV. I got an offer from multichoice to switch my package from DSTV Extra to Premium and R699 but in actual fact I am paying R946 per month. Now they don't want me downgrade, they are forcing me to pay more than R900 plus the R275 that I already paid before I can downgrade DSTV is paid in advance not in arrears.

I have requested multi choice to downgrade my service in January and they have not done that and I called their call center spoken to Michel Ndubane and sent her all the screenshots via email confirming that I requested a downgrade but she did change my package after she promised me she will do it instantly if I send her the screenshots.

I think now only ICASA will help me because I will not be forced to pay R1000 to multichoice while I already have other service providers giving me more.
