DSTV Finances in arrears

I cancelled my Subscription in November but then they deducted December and gave me credit. Then DSTV was cancelled and no funds was taken January.

On Feb1 my subscription was re-activated by DSTV in error, and Fees was taken out of my account in error, I spoke to the Helpdesk/chat who did the cancellation and request the refund again and indicated DSTV error will be fixed withing 2 days.

AS of today(12 Feb) I am still waiting for DSTV to fix their error.

DSTV is *****ing money and taking the interest on it . Are you so cash strapped ?
