Dstv fibre

I app**** for Dstv fibre deal for R699 under vuma and I don't know how my application was under openserv because they had the address to check coverage, now they saying they will come and collect the router and streama box. They will again another router and wait again another 14-21 days for installation. What's funny is that they already added the fibre subscription on my bill last month, they expected me to pay for services that I don't have. If this is not fixed as soon as possible I will cancel my dstv subscription and get another service provider.
