dstv fibre and lte sales people are useless

i contacted DSTV about their fibre and LTE specials including dstv compact.

i asked 3 simple questions yet the sales person had no idea what i was talking about . BEE at its best.

i asked : 1- what is the FUP ( fair usage policy ) on the uncapped fibre sales lady had no idea 2- is the LTE a 5G connection sales lady responded yes 3-i then asked what speed can i expect on the 5G. She responded she thinks its 25mbs - i then said thats 4G speeds and not 5G She responded that she doesnt know.
